I can see Detroit and Washington...but Cleveland is not a lock. Even at FULL STRENGTH they only had 5 wins...they added another rookie, a center with no knee and Earl Clark now they are a 5 seed? Boston still has Rondo and youth Orlando has Dipo... Philly got that young talent... this should be interesting to see who will be in the lottery..
