Holliday is definitely not overpaid, he's got one of the better contracts in the league. Evans may be slightly overpaid based on what he has done at $11M, I grant you that, but factoring in the total package (market competition, competitors in the market, potential, etc) he is about right.

There is not much market correction for the new CBA, just a handful of compromises (e.g. David West signing for three years).
