Free agency officially starts at 12:01 a.m. ET on Monday. At least that's when teams can begin contacting and negotiating with free agents. Here's all the latest buzz and free agency rumors:

1:24 a.m. ET --

1:00 a.m. ET --

* Yahoo Sports reports the Bucks are exploring sign-and-trade oppotunities involving J.J. Redick.

* The LA Daily News reports the Lakers have interest in shooter Chase Budinger.

* The Blazers badly want a new center and have reached out to free agent Chris Kaman, ESPN reports.

* USA Today says that Budinger has also received interest from Dallas, New Orleans, Milwaukee, and Indiana.

* ESPN also reports former Lakers guard Jordan Farmar, who left during the NBA lockout two years ago, has had discussions with LA about a return.

* The LA Times says that the Lakers have started looking at Carlos Delfino who was released by the Rockets Sunday.

* ESPN reports the Bucks, bizarrely enough, have looked at Hawks point guard Jeff Teague, making their Brandon Jennings position al the more confusing.

* And finally ESPN NY reports the Jazz and Lakers have had talks regarding Knicks free agent Chris Copeland.

12:05 a.m. ET --

* USA Today reports that the Wolves, Bucks, Mavericks, Blazers, Pelicans, Pistons and Grizzlies are all interested in Thunder free agent guard/forward Kevin Martin.

* The Pistons are meeting with Josh Smith immediately and have brought a huge offer sheet, according to Yahoo Sports.

12:01 a.m. ET --

* Free agency is officially open.

10:07 p.m. --

* Ken Berger of CBSSports.com reports that the Rockets, in their seemingly never-ending pursuit of max cap space to completely rebuild their team, are looking to trade Omer Asik, Jeremy Lin or both. Berger singles out Detroit as a possible landing space for Lin in a swap for Jose Calderon.

* The Knicks and Raptors agreed to a deal to trade Andrea Bargnani to the Knicks, but the league office was closed so the deal will have to be restructured. Everything about this is funny.

* Yahoo reports it's looking less and less likely that J.J. Redick returns to Milwaukee.

* Jerry West joins the Warriors' contingent when they meet Dwight Howard for their pitch, USA Today reports.

7:25 p.m. ET --

* The Mavericks have declined extending Darren Collison a qualifying offer, making him an unrestricted free agent, according to Yahoo Sports.

6:05 p.m. ET --

3:50 p.m. ET --

* Kobe Bryant will be part of the Lakers' presentation to Dwight Howard, according to Yahoo Sports.

3:45 p.m. ET --

* Per the San Antonio News-Express, the Spurs have extended qualifying offers to Tiago Splitter and Gary Neal, making both restricted free agents.

2:50 p.m. ET --

* Via USA Today, O.J. Mayo is drawing interest from the Jazz, Bucks, Timberwolves, Clippers, Trail Blazers, Bobcats and Bulls.

* According to ESPN.com, the Hawks extended a $4.5 qualifying offer to Jeff Teague, making him a restricted free agent this summer.

* The Wizards will make calls to Eric Maynor, Beno Udrih and possibly John Lucas III to back up John Wall, according to the Washington Post.

* The Portland Trail Blazers don't have interest in Andrew Bynum, according to CSNNW.com.

2:46 p.m. ET --

* Per Yahoo Sports, guard Kevin Martin expected to draw interest from the Thunder, Bucks, Pelicans, Timberwolves, Mavericks and Pistons.

2:40 p.m. ET --

With the Rockets waiving Aaron Brooks and Carlos Delfino, the team saves close to $4 million, thus clearing even more room for their chase at Dwight Howard.

2:35 p.m. ET --

* The Pistons will not waive guard Rodney Stuckey, according to NBA.com, which would have saved them about $4.5 million. Instead, his contract becomes fully guaranteed next season at $8.5 million.

* The Nuggets, bringing new general manager Tim Connelly and new coach Brian Shaw, will meet with Andre Iguodala in Los Angeles on Monday, according to Yahoo Sports.

* Per USA Today, Iguodala is also expected to draw interest from the Hawks, Pistons, Kings, Mavericks, Pelicans, Warriors and Rockets.

* The Grizzlies will meet with Tony Allen soon, but Allen is also drawing interest from the Bucks, Pacers and Knicks, according to Yahoo Sports.

* According to ESPN.com, Josh Smith is expected to hear from 5-6 teams, with the Pistons being one of them.
