His ridiculous number of turnovers kind've negates that though. Those who act like he's this fantastic point forward who the offense just flows as a result of might have a point.....if the Pacers offense wasn't often ridiculously frustrating and out of sync.

Still trying to find what this is based on.....more assists and a better defender? That means he outplayed him?

No, 43% is not great and I'm not trying to spin it that way. The number is what it is. all the numbers are, which is why I keep posting them. It's not great, it's not terrible either. It's 2 points under his season average, which hardly equals "shitted on" or "shut down".

I like how it's a "few rebounds" for Melo, but when George gets less rebounds its added to the "numerous things he does for his team".

Lower rep. That's all this is about. Melo wasn't the superman he needed to be to win the series, and the young, exciting, underdog with upside who is still on his "honeymoon" with bball fans had a few moments, and some want to latch on and make it more than it actually is.
