2005- cracked patella, avoided surgery and rehabbed
2007- had to deal with a dissolving marriage all the while killing serena..she missed the australian open due to her marriage issues, and serena so happened to win that one, but didn't win shit else that year...lol...but yeah serena was depressed
Even in 2007, her finest year ever, she missed tournaments with asthmatic bronchitis, a wrist injury, a respiratory infection and a shoulder injury.
