One bid is obviously Barca, the other supposedly Madrid but I wouldn't be surprised if there was some nouveau-rich french (psg, monaco) bids thrown in to up the absurdity (rumor has it Madrid is offering to put him on CRy's wage structure, par exemple).

really, i'm cool either way. maybe neymar will surprise me if he comes to barca, but that money saved on a potential transfer + the rumored penalty due to FCB + how much better spent that money could be spent... should he choose another team ... yo.
