He finally got a chance to start for a full season last year, and there were some encouraging signs. Firstly, he's got serious arm talent -- he flings it 50+ yards with ease, and can fit the ball into non-negotiable spaces all across the field. His accuracy, however, is a work in progress. He'll overthrow and underthrow deep passes, and shorter throws that require touch hit their mark sporadically.

Timing is also an issue, as he's often a beat late (it's mitigated by his arm strength, but still). His best work is rolling out towards the sidelines, where he makes throws that cannot be defended.

He plays a lot of pro-style -- under center, play-action and so on. He also moves well (nice touchdown run against Notre Dame last season, nullified by penalty) but isn't a game-breaker outside the pocket. Definitely a talent though, and I'll be keeping a closer eye on him now.
