Well...as I said Tuesday night...a split at home is not cool. It wouldn't be the end of the world, but we need to protect home ice. It was kind of glossed over with all the Alex Steen love, but Jaden Schwartz was nearly the best player in a Blue uniform the other night. The kid was everywhere. We need some guys to do more. We played a good team game, but some individuals didn't play very well. At some point, it would be nice for a D-man to put one in from the blue line. Hey, Backes...Kopitar is on the 1 line tonight. How you love that? Our 4th line is completely shining on the "kid" line of Perron, Berglund and Oshie. Step it up, guys. We need to do a much better job of getting some pucks behind L.A.'s D-men. With the exception of the brain fart in overtime, Quick was amazing, but pressure bust pipes so we need to keep traffic in his area and shots coming from all angles. GO BLUE!
