and salary issues broke the Thunder at full strength up... I don't see them doing to the Spurs (one of aforementioned exceptions) what they did last season, but we'll see

and that they are not all on the same team is part of the times we live in.
everyone else is on a "Fake Jordan" model -- great individuals (EXPECTED) to bring fortune but more often than not just put asses in the seats
