Compare Schilling and Kruk to Barry Larkin and Chris Singleton
and Doug Glanville on ESPN

No competition whatsoever

And even current players: Rollins and Sabathia and
Hunter...all are remarkably smart guys

Black baseball players are also the most race conscious
for various reasons.
