well he successfully guided the team from Ryan's 46 to Greg Mattison's 4-3 under to Dean Pees 3-4. does that meet your qualifications?

no actually you dont know that. Ray Rice had 16.76 carries per game under Cameron and 16.06 under Caldwell. Flacco avg'd 34.38 attempts per game under Cam, and 33.66 under caldwell.

they found a lot of success because Caldwell trusted Flacco's arm to be able to let the post-wheel develop, and Baltimores receivers are stout guys. he isnt Rich Rodriguez or Steve Spurrier tho. he didnt invent anything.
