John Harbaugh is a great coach, and sometimes being a leader of men is the most important asset you can have. He's clearly that.

That being said, credit to Jim Caldwell for what he was able to accomplish the 2nd half of the season. They just seemed to be more fluid in the later weeks of the season and especially in the playoffs. Masterfully prepared and executed postseason gameplans and Caldwell deserves as much of a nod as anyone.
