first thing i said was....draft well
because having a high pick doesn't mean much of shit if you don't have a vision and get the picks right...see current cavs
anyway,thunder drafted well with the non/late lotto picks(ibeka,collison, maynor)
dumped well (green, harden) in exchange for effective replacements (perk,martin)
and they scooped excellent role players for relative bargains (thabo,thabeet)
