it's easy to say trade Rondo

because he's the one player on that roster with the most value

but I don't see a scenario that improves the Cs

and if it's suggested to get youth in return or draft picks, etc...

that sounds like rebuilding to me

in which case Rondo is the piece you would want to build around anyway
