as I said, one of the better ones we've seen recently.
Matt Ryan leading an offense to 28 points and 400 yards passing, plus a fumble and INT, does not mean he is not an elite QB.
Brady/Manning/Brees/Rogers?
No.
The next tier right below that?
Unquestionably.
