I'll give it a chance...We have to start looking forward on offensive...
But Trestman should def. keep the defensive coach we have now...Take a page out of the Steelers' book...
But all of this is meaningless if the Bears brass doesn't get the right pieces to help run a new imaginative offense...Offensive Linemen are needed...A real Tight End is needed...And a no. 2 guy to pair with Marshall is needed....
But the OL is the most important move after the new coach hire....
