The best Robin of all time cannot fairly be judged against any Batman, because he's not asked to do Batman shit.
That's a big deal, when he was supposed to be asked to do Batman shit he sat out.
And by the way, now that D-wade is Robin, I'm not even sure if Pippen is the best Robin of all time.
