If there'd continued to lose with everyone playing, that's one thing. That would be fun and entertaining for the whole family. This? Nah, man. It's going out with a whimper. I mean, they weren't looking so hot for the limited time that everyone was playing, but there's no way in good conscience I can extrapolate that out to an entire season (plus, they woulda bamboozled someone for Pau and "injected new life" into the team). Best anyone can do is say, "Well, they shouldn't have built their success around a bunch group of injury prone and soft and/or mentally weak players. I mean, I'm fucking with my Laker fan friends right now, but this is just kinda sad.
