Good GMs are made by finding later round starters. The first round picks are the easy part.

Morris is the only significant late round pick he has found.

He didn't draft Riley (That was cerrato I believe). Jenkins hasn't shown much (yet). Neild, Lierebus & co are just warm bodies.

I don't see anything in his time in DC that points to anything other than average.
