You could trade for Deng for Gay but you'd have to send another player PLUS a #1 to get it done. But I see how that would make sense for both teams....
However...your cap situation is essentially fucked because Memphis ain't taking Boozer Back and anybody who DOES decide to take Boozer is going to want to rape our war chest to do so.
