I have a feeling that if the Falcons are one and done again...the roster is going to take some changes....

Carolina having 136 million invested in the cap for next year put them in a bind to cut good players...

The Saints are going to be better, but they have to shore up that defense...worst in NFL history...

Out of those teams mentioned in the first post, I would say the Bucs have the best shot to do it....and that's tough for me to say.

EDIT: If Carolina counts as last place, i'll pick them...but I give it to Tampa Bay otherwise...

KC has talented players, if they get Reid/Vick in there and keep Bowe they can turn it around quickly I think
