anyway, i'm re-writing my syllabus, getting ready to deal with having classes that end at 5:45 next semester (only positive is that no athletes + fewer students in general in that later class). trying to get back to actually doing social things once in a while now that i've been teaching for a semester.

oh yeah, and a wedding. fuck an invite list. fuck my mom guilting me into inviting her friend, fuck my girl's family for not providing a list so it looked like I had twice as many invites as she did, and fuck how expensive this shit is. otherwise, i'm really happy i'm getting married.

thinking of doing a south america tour for the honeymoon. buenos aires for a big city, a beach in uruguay for some beach time, and a ski mountain in chile or argentina for some skiing. anyone got advice?
