Lovie is a football's guy, football guy. Everyone he has coached speaks to his impact on their professional development. He's HIGHLY regarded by players, not for being lax, but for being respectful yet demanding. Guys like Urlacher, who are always outspoken and critical of people (he barked at Gale Sayers, for god's sakes) always had great things to say about Lovie.
