I have trouble with this though.
His lack of emotion to both good and bad things rubs me the wrong way.
His trouble with consistency is a problem.
The emergence of both of his coordinators, Mike Zimmer and Jay Gruden, have also greatly helped him out the past couple years.
Of course, Red Rifle and AJ help too.
