that was before the salary cap and deregulated free agency. every single team in the NFL has flaws (the Patriots gave up 411 YARDS PER GAME last season...Brady dealt with it and made the Super Bowl). and even the most balanced ones, like Houston (league's best offensive line, stud running back, stud receiver and a defense capable of greatness) still need great QB play to win it all.
it's clear Romo isn't a great quarterback, and like every other main cog in the Dallas organization (Jerruh and golden child Garrett), there's no internal accountability to do better.
