and when a player on a DP slot is producing just as much (or less) than a young, hungry guy (like Bright Dike) making less than $100k, that's a problem for both players (and potentially the whole locker room), not just for management.
so yeah -- too bad it didn't work out, but if Mixx wanted to be in Portland he'd be in Portland and I'm comfortable with my team taking the pass there.
