He can break the system anytime he wants to. I've been a Kobe fan for a long time but he risks going out like Iverson if he wants to act like he's without blame. Even before Mike Brown got fired, I thought this season was about whether Kobe was willing to change his approach.
I give Pau a lot of credit, I would be ready to roll out after multiple years of this shit by Kobe.
