this board that when he's ON he's as good as anyone when it comes to scoring
but
unfortunately, he's OFF more than he is on and to the detriment to his team oftentimes.
He is NOT a leader....he hasn't made any real improvements in any part of his game since he's been in the league which is the mark of a player who works on their game in the offseason...he doesn't make anyone better...
