2235821, Pinch ran and stole again tonight

So far: 11 games played - 13 SB/0 CS

He has stood on first base 18 times with no runner ahead of him and stolen second base 13 of those times.

He's been on 2nd base 5 times when a single was hit and scored all 5 times.

"Them's high school numbers" - Dimitri Young

On one occasion, he had third base stolen, Joey Votto hit a medium fly ball, Hamilton ran back to tag up at 2nd and then advanced again to third.

Not completely infallible though. He did get doubled off third base when Brian Wilson accidentally caught a Ryan Ludwick line drive that was behind him.

Hamilton's even shown a little flash of offense. 16 plate appearances, 6 H, 2 2B, 3 infield singles, and a bunt single. 2 walks as well.

Currently tied for 25th in the NL in steals with a realistic shot of finishing the season in the Top 20.

He's 5 SB away from Shin-Soo Choo's team lead of 18 with 5 games left. Choo has played 138 more games.

He has the 5th best WPA on the Reds right now and could conceivably pass Brandon Phillips for the 4th this week.

I have no idea if he can be a successful everyday player or when age/wear/injury will take a step away from him. Right now, it's really cool to watch though.
