When you first start, for about the first 3-4 months, depending on how athletic you are, you scale way down on your workouts. If your box has good programmers, every WOD should be scaleable, to some degree.

Just take it slow when you first start and learn proper form rather than trying to jump to the RX weights for the lifts. It's a process, not something you jump straight into the deep end with.
