15 pts. per game and outside shooting. There's little difference in the two players right now, except that Terry has been coming off the bench for years, and is used to it and has no problem with it. So he'll be much more comfortable in a 6th man role.
The move hurts the Celtics because it helps the Heat. But the Celtics themselves are not a worse team with losing Allen/gaining Terry.
