you do know he was OC on the 9ers from 92-94
and the OC in DEN 84'
the point is he won't be able to groom a draft pick into an elite QB
and you're basing that off of the last 2 years in WAS
with guys like McNabb, Beck, and Rex
c'mon
is this being based off of Jay Cutler?
I think we know he is not an elite QB
