it's a fundamental issue with the league as a whole
not saying houston would have become a title contender if fisher reported
unless a team acquires a player looking to just manipulate salary in some way (ie: half of keith van horns career)
then it's a lost of an asset anyway u spin it (assuming they aren't claimed off waivers obviously)
