Hate the build up (or lack thereof) in the last few months, but the fact is this is basically a sequel to Hogan and Rock from WM18, and the energy is going to be just as crazy. It's the Rock's first singles match in a long ass time, he was the biggest start in the business when wrestling was at it's peak, and Cena has been the WWE posterboy for like 7 years now.
Obviously it isn't going to be the best technical match, but the crowd is going to be absolutely EXHAUSTED after Rock/Cena, and Jericho & Punk wouldn't benefit at all having to follow that.
I remember some WM DVD or something where HHH/Jericho both disagreed with the decision to put their match after Rock/Hogan because of the energy that was used during the entire Rock/Hogan match that HHH/Jericho simply couldn't match.
I'd say the last 4 matches should be, in this order: World Title: Daniel Bryan v. Sheamus Hell in a Cell: Undertaker v. Triple H WWE Title: CM Punk v. Chris Jericho John Cena v. The Rock
And they'll prob throw whatever divas match they are planning on having in between the first and last two just to give the crowd a break.
