Obea Moore. How could I forget...olympic trials at 16

A guy I know raced against him in a tourney (he was from
some school in New Jersey) in the 1600 relay, ran anchor
and was ahead of Moore's team until he said he heard the
announcer: "And Obea More hits the corner..." after which
Moore just galloped past his ass..and my boy's form broke
down and he almost fell....and my boy was prettyfast,
ran 400 at a I-AA school

Yeah, I was chasing Jamaican girl tail the whole time.
I recall that being a huge draw (for my demographic)

Saw 2 races, maybe.

Had personal animosity against the mile, because I was
did the pentathalon and would have been great if I didn't
suck miserably at the mile. The mile and high jump where
my nemesis. I could discus, long and hurdle pretty well

Very good perspective.

I didn't race that weekend. We missed qualifying

GREAT event, though
