probably routine for a lot of EC OKP's, i know, but as a west coast born and raised cat, i've always wanted to take in the experience live...in part because native east coast fans just seemed to be wired differently, at least from anyone i've ever met. the shit's almost cultural.

i mean, i've seen cal/stanford, dodgers/giants, the niners play up and down the west coast and in AZ, and the raiders play the entire afc west...and it gets pretty intense. then again 98% of the crowd is raider fans 'cause opposing fans don't wanna come.

the heat between yankees/red sox.... the nfc east... etc is quite compelling. like, do family members literally stop talking to each other over sports?
