The offensive issues is that we can't throw it into the end-zone on a consistent basis. Colt has a baby-dick arm. I mean, maybe it's not that bad but we need a really strong arm for when that wind is blowing from the lake front.

If RG3 grows to be the superstar that he looks like he could be then I think we could do it as soon as his third year. That should be around when the rest of the division is declining and ours (esp the d) should be peaking. We pair him with one of these good young backs and we could be looking at something really special in the next few years.

Officially the one play at the end where he limped out of bonds. However, Mike Shanahan did not take into account RG3's injury completely into the gameplan. He drew up a game plan for a healthy RG3.
