1884659, nah but it makes you take a closer look at what the other elites r doing
Posted by Lach, Sun Jan-01-12 07:34 PM
I mean backups usually come in and game manage. This cat threw for 6 TDs and damn near 500 yards. THEE FUCK?

This is a W for Cutler.

1884806, Actually blue works for Rodgers or Flynn
Posted by ThaTruth, Sun Jan-01-12 09:15 PM
1885444, Also works for Ron WOOF!(c)Playmaker
Posted by magilla vanilla, Mon Jan-02-12 01:51 PM
Flynn proved to be a pretty good Guardian of the Recipes
1884948, Drew Brees should win MVP over Rodgers after seeing Flynn go off today

1885230, the cantball/Deebot/Larlad "AR is God" contingent has been...

noticeably silent...
1885234, I've been noticeably drinking for 3 days

1885233, D, as in option D, as in Detroit's pass defense is mediocre at best
Posted by B9, Mon Jan-02-12 10:43 AM
1885236, Jordy went off and Detroit's secondary sucks
Posted by cantball, Mon Jan-02-12 10:46 AM
But Flynn is really good.Afterall,he did learn from Rodgers

1885268, did Rodgers learn from Favre?
Posted by ThaTruth, Mon Jan-02-12 11:37 AM
1885272, Have we seen his dick yet?

1885466, isnt every great QB a system QB?
Posted by falafel stand pimpin, Mon Jan-02-12 02:20 PM
brady-cassel
brees-rivers
rodgers-flynn

arent they all great because of the system they play in and all the weapons they have? put them on bad teams and they would only look so good. i think we put too much importance on the QB position
1885682, We've seen people like Joe Montana, Brett Favre, Kurt Warner...
Posted by ThaTruth, Mon Jan-02-12 04:41 PM
Warren Moon and Randall Cunningham have success in more than one offensive system
1885977, you forgot your boy Elway in that list
Posted by Bombastic, Mon Jan-02-12 08:40 PM
>Warren Moon and Randall Cunningham have success in more than
>one offensive system
1885992, Yeah, I was thinking mainly of guys that changed teams
Posted by ThaTruth, Mon Jan-02-12 08:55 PM
2102462, So does he get punished for not getting traded? Dumb, next idea
Posted by ConcreteCharlie, Thu Jan-03-13 10:35 AM
1885704, NOBODY EVER!!!
Posted by ErnestLee, Mon Jan-02-12 05:00 PM
1885986, It could end up swinging the MVP to Brees & making Flynn a Redskin
Posted by Bombastic, Mon Jan-02-12 08:50 PM
I'd be fine with that.
1897208, What about now?

2268649, But Aikman said Rodgers wouldn't have made a difference
Posted by Deebot, Fri Nov-29-13 03:56 AM
in the game yesterday....he actually said that. My entire family was like wtf did he just say?
2268650, aikman said quite a few wtf things today.
Posted by rob, Fri Nov-29-13 04:26 AM
2268653, Yep. My favorite was when Buck said Detroit was -7 on turnovers
Posted by soulfunk, Fri Nov-29-13 06:57 AM
for the year or something and Aikman dropped insight on it - "that's because their offense has turned the ball over a lot and there defense hasn't gotten very many turnovers."
2268656, Aikman and Buck are like a slow, miserable death to listen to
Posted by Mignight Maruder, Fri Nov-29-13 07:35 AM
Initially, I thought Aikman might be okay at broadcasting/analyzing games, but he has work worked his way into a select group of shitty, headache-inducing broadcasters. If I know Aikman or Buck (even worse if they're paired together) are calling a game, I just usually mute the game.
2268668, embarrassing...
Posted by Dstl1, Fri Nov-29-13 10:00 AM
how can an intelligent adult actually say something like that? Especially when you're being paid to know what you're talking about. I almost can't believe he really said it.
2268671, the point was that GB's OL was playing so poorly
Posted by veritas, Fri Nov-29-13 10:12 AM
you could have jesus christ himself back there and he'd have still ended up on his ass half the time.

2268673, ok...well, i guess this is one of those times that tcontext matters...
Posted by Dstl1, Fri Nov-29-13 10:30 AM
I didn't hear the comment when he actually said it.
2268675, yea, given the context i didn't think it was a crazy statement
Posted by veritas, Fri Nov-29-13 10:44 AM
GB's offensive line was getting abused.

i didn't _agree_ with it, but i didn't think it was crazy.
2268678, School me on your use_of_underscores
Posted by Orbit_Established, Fri Nov-29-13 11:07 AM
>GB's offensive line was getting abused.
>
>i didn't _agree_ with it, but i didn't think it was crazy.
2268682, i just treat it like an underline usually
Posted by veritas, Fri Nov-29-13 11:15 AM
now i feel mad self-conscious trying to explain lol.
2268729, pretty much, context is a mf, lol
Posted by ThaTruth, Fri Nov-29-13 03:16 PM
2268743, nah, even in context it was stupid. flynn made terrible reads
Posted by rob, Fri Nov-29-13 05:00 PM
it would be generous to call them reads at all.

this is a qb that couldn't stick on a roster in oakland. then got released by the bills. then sat on his ass for 3 weeks.
2268744, head trauma
Posted by selppataei, Fri Nov-29-13 05:02 PM
2268699, lmao @ this uppage
Posted by will_5198, Fri Nov-29-13 01:02 PM
quality stuff
2268732, lol@people acting like this team is the same as it was 2 years ago...
Posted by ThaTruth, Fri Nov-29-13 03:22 PM
Rodgers himself hasn't been as good as he was then
2268735, Rodgers hasn't had a line in 3 years
Posted by cantball, Fri Nov-29-13 03:27 PM

Posted by will_5198, Fri Nov-29-13 04:25 PM
and springing it to life at the exact moment Flynn has one of the worst games by any quarterback in Thanskgiving history
2268669, So he should win MVP every year
