Someone saying boy or telling him what to do his pillow talk compared to
some of the belittling comments I have heard fans say to athletes.

And don’t even get me started on Hockey or Soccer.

Are you going to kick every fan/heckler out of the building?

Are you going to go up to every fan that says something disparaging
about you?

It’s nonsense.

Carmelo leaving the court to approach a fan could have led to something
dangerous, and he would have been perceived as the perpetrator.

Let your game do the talking and keep it moving...The only thing
that requires a response is something physical.

Lebron/Carmelo/Russ are the ones pointing out fans for heckling while
getting destroyed on the basketball court...focus on the game.
The only thing that crosses the line is an assault or punch.
