overall i don't see him staying in the game mentally consistently enough. he has so many tools that he's gotta be able to find a way to affect the outcome positively on every single play. i think they need to get him initiating more. who else is going to get the dead arms of the other perimeter players back to life? butler is in and out. reddick has been trash in the losses and harris has yet to have a legitimately big game at all.
