They've taken, "OK, these mistakes won't hurt us as much. It'll help us financially."
and turned it into, "THESE MISTAKES WON'T HURT US THAT MUCH. THROW MORE MONEY AROUND! WOOHOO!"
When the bill comes due for the rooks and vets already on the roster, they're going to regret a lot of these signings.
