I hear what you're saying, but you kinda lose the moral
upper-hand when you make a bad joke and then defend it
Had you just been like, "it was a bad joke" off cuff,
that woulda been fine
But you tried to ride out on it for a minute which rubbed
cats the wrong way, me included
