If it's true that GSW ain't coming off Klay, then I don't know what teams that he'll re-sign with can offer.
(BTW, as much as Waiters drives me nuts, his second year numbers aren't *that* far off of Klay's... just saying. I think Klay is definitely better, but... again, I don't know what else teams can offer.)
