they are picky about how players guard the post, not as bad as college, but you can't put two hands in the post player's back and you can't push forward with the arm bar. you can only hold it steady

that really isn't an issue. if an offensive player works to gain good post position, then he doesn't have to go through the defender. he can just make his move and shoot. too many bigs try to pound the ball so they can get right under the basket and end up getting their sh*t beat or called for an offensive foul
Shaq relied on beating up defenders. Dwight just needs to get position and make a decisive move. if that's gone. go to the counter-move or pass
