My favourite player of the last two decades in the NBA is Kidd and i'm a long suffering Nets fan but I don't want him - at this very moment - to be head coach of the franchise.

There is evidence on the court with the Pacers that Brian Shaw can develop talent loo at Paul George (All Star), Roy Hibbert (max contract), Lance Stephenson (now a starter in EC finals).

Brian Shaw can run the triangle - the Nets have mostly ideal players for this.
