He's an undersized shooting guard/defensive specialist. He's proven that he's not up to the task of initiating the offense. And I do think that his being in over his head then affects the rest of his game and his confidence.

I think people (myself included) got a little too hyped when he first returned. He's better suited off the bench or as a fifth starter on a team that is far stronger on offense than the current Celtics.
