If you want to throw 3's out because its such a different game....look at FT%.
Melo - 81%, Bernard - 73%.
And if you throw 3's out, then you need to "FOH" those talking about King shot 10% higher from the floor because obviously that will happen when all his shots come from 15 and in, and hundreds of Melo's come from 20+ feet.
Bernard was deadly in the post, baseline, and with those 12 footers. Melo's got more range on his J though.
It's a real good comparison. Points, rebounds, and assists are all very similar.
