They are not going to replace him with anyone important and the consistency they had is going to go away.
There are people who wanted Pitt to get rid of Dixon, but they were smart and gave him the extension because Pitt is what Pitt is, to act like we could replace him with a biger coach and not fall off a bit is wrong. This is what Minnesota is doing.
