They dealt Harden because they felt they couldn't afford Durant, Wessy, Harden, AND Ibaka.
To say they "built cheaply" ignores that they had a top four pick each of the years following Durant being drafted, lol.
The Spurs are a huge exception to any franchise rule, as no other team has been able to do what they've done.
