I'm a few years removed from really paying attention, but some of the powerhouses are Everett, BC High, Xaverian, St. John's, Duxbury, and Brockton (my hometown). I could list some of the rivalries, but the powerhouses tend to just schedule each other so maybe you can just look out for some of those games. the globe's website can help you keep track of that: http://www.boston.com/sports/schools/
